I was playing Spider-man 3 and in the beginning that narrator dude was like “Ok, here we go again, breaking the laws of physics. Practice your double jumping”. Or something to that effect. I have a basic understanding that once an object is in motion it stays in motion until it comes in contact with something else consisting of matter. Can someone that is good at physics go more into depth and explain why double jumping is considered breaking the laws of physics?
