I don’t have time to take the official chemistry course in school, so this is my only option to prepare. Also what books are good to use?

What sites (or books) have good information about the physics and acoustics of the flute?

I have already found the UNSW Music acustics page on it, which is very informative, but I am looking for an explanation that is slightly less technical (i’m an 8th grader doing a project, i’m fairly advanced and interested in physics though). I do play flute. Also if you know of a good introduction to acustics of instruments in general, that would be great too.
