What are the relevants of soil science to agribusiness management?

The answers can best be obtained from the scope of agricultural science, and around twenty good answers are expected, as regards this question.The question simply is asking for the importances of the knowledge of soil science to the department of agribusiness management,concerned with marketing agricultural produce. For example, the knowledge of soil science tell us that in the soil are micro-organisms which aerate the soil, promoting vigorous plant growth, whose products are marketed by the agribusiness department and this boosts the sector of the agribusiness management, promoting it.
