In order to fulfil the needs of hunger in the world we live now, Science has taken a huge role in producing and managing different food. Not only taking part in processing, Science has become a part in our daily routines. Science is indeed everywhere, and it is Science that makes our everyday much easier that what our past faced. But what is it that helped us to be able to feed a population over a billion around the world??

The development of agriculture, and domestication of animals for food purposes itself, was the first invention, necessary to create large population centers in the first place.Invention of, metal, for plows, combines, transportation, storage, refrigeration, plastics,irrigation,dams and control of water supplies, fertilizers, pesticides,genetically developing plants and animals for high yield,large scale industrial fishing and fish farming, each advance, adds incrementally to that first invention.
