Pretty much as the question asks, there is a difference between most psychoactive drugs, and the chemistry if Cannabis Sativa (marijuana) but what exactly are they?

you would need to look up the psychoactivity of the active compounds of the ones that you want to compare…cannabis’ active compound is THC.
