1.Sleep. You sleep until you are not tired and then you wake up(biology). You are forced awake by an alarm to do stuff in the world that runs on time(technology).

2.Activity. We are not made to sit in one place for a long time(biology), say like eight hours, but lots of jobs force you to do just that…and type a lot on top of that(technology).

3.We are made to eat a variety of foods to get what we need(biology)…we, however, eat tons and tons of artificial stuff(technology) with bad side effects.

Carpal tunnel syndrome, when your wrist is not meant to support your hand and the small muscular activities of whacking on computer keys all day.

The Industrial Revolution had people adjusting to new burdens for the first time, and some laborers worked so hard with such heavy loads, or at such long hours in strange positions, they actually got deformities.
